Insuphishient: Your Daily Phish Podcast Fix
Insuphishient is a Phish podcast hosted by Matt and Nick — a 500-episode series dedicated to exploring the music, culture, and one-of-a-kind universe of the greatest band of all time.
With no set setlists and no rules, each episode dives into Phish shows, band lore, and wild theories — blending deep insights with hilarious hot takes. Whether you’re a seasoned fan or just discovering Phish, there’s a spot for you here.
Each week follows a groove of its own:
- Monday: Soundcheck — setting the stage for the week ahead.
- Tuesday: International Jams — exploring Phish's global impact.
- Wednesday: World Wide Wednesdays — tracking the latest Phish news from across the web.
- Thursday: This Day in Phishtory — revisiting legendary shows from the archives.
- Friday: Big Money Friday — when the chaos ramps up and anything goes.
It’s just two friends talking Phish… mostly. Expect the (un)expected.

It's Wednesday, we are World Wide. LFG!! Portland OR Edition
It’s Wednesday and the inbox is glowing.
World Wide Wednesday rolls in with the Portland show front and center — a night that felt like few others in recent memory. Not sleepy. Not pushed. Just confident. Like the band was already in the pocket before the lights even dropped.
Half way through today's show Nick glitches out for a few minutes. Then Matt explains how to eat a burrito "Rapid fire style..." No one’s right, but no one’s wrong either.
Then the real flood hits.
Listener texts. Voicemails. One handwritten letter with a drawing of Mike riding a dolphin. Someone sent us a full theory that Trey’s rig is tuned to the lunar cycle. Another person claims to have invented glowsticks. Honestly, they made some good points.
It’s happening. Not online — here.
It’s World Wide Wednesday. Let’s go.
If you are new always listen to the latest show first!
